We are an all-volunteer organization serving families in the Hyer Elementary school area since 1954. If you live within the school boundary lines (see boundary map) and have a baby, toddler or child who will attend Hyer, we encourage you to join. Once your youngest child completes their kindergarten year, you become eligible for our sustainer membership.
If you aren't a member, here are the top three reasons to join now!
How to Join
Membership renews annually on June 1 and is active through May of the following year; however, new members can join at any time throughout the year. New memberships after January 1 may be pro-rated (the membership form will denote the pro-rated amount accordingly). NOTE: The Active Member rate does not prorate until after the Hyer Faster Stronger event.
As we anticipate the announcement of new elementary school boundary lines in October 2019, we are offering reciprocal preschool association memberships for the 2019-2020 year. Exciting new events are in the works to help ease transitions and celebrate new friendships. Reciprocal preschool association memberships will allow you to stay connected with your friends at the HPA; and should you be rezoned to another school connect with new friends through Armstrong/Bradfield (ABPA), University Park (UPPA) or the 5th School preschool association.
